This position reports to the Enterprise Systems Manager and they will work closelytogether to achieve, update and enable the Enterprise Architecture Strategy.We have to enforce the Enterprise Systems Team with a Web and Digital ExperienceSpecialist, who can drive the IT-side on establishing and becoming the focal pointbetween MarCom and IT to be able to align our digital web-presence, e-commerce andcustomer support (e.g. public web, brand-sites, extranet, intranet, customer support, etc)with the rest of the Enterprise Architecture environment, i.e. Microsoft D365, Atlassian,SiteCore, etc.This role will be responsible for configuration, testing, deploying and support processeswithin the digital web-presence, e-commerce and customer support scope. Theseprocesses will span across the following modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CustomerSupport (Atlassian), Sharepoint (Intranet), Public Web (SiteCore) and marketingautomation tool (HubSpot). They will also include integrations to other Enterprisesystems.The Web and Digital Experience specialist will work closely with the colleagues withinthe team and the process owners to create efficient processes that fulfill business fromwhat the standard solution can offer through configuration.
• Responsible for configuration, testing, deploying and support processes within thedigital web, e-commerce and customer support scope. According to best practise formaking sure they are global, stable and secure.• Establish and participate in Architecture Review Board activities from an digital web,e-commerce and customer support perspective.• Coaching and developing knowledge within the team in regard to digital webpresence,e-commerce and customer support.• Running a Community of Practice (CoP) with Key users and Business ProcessSpecialist to share knowledge about global digital web-presence, e-commerce andcustomer support processes, common issues and collaborate on improvements thatshould be included in the template.• Being updated on the digital web-presence, e-commerce and customer supportroadmap to propose implementation on new functionality and processes that canimprove the business processes.• Establish and own the relationship with the Application Maintenance and ApplicationOperations teams and co-ordinate the Application Support on user issues.
Job requirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field• Digital Marketing background• Minimum of 2 years of experience of related fields• Ability to travel• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
