In 2012, the Board held nine scheduled meetings. During these meetings, reports from the President, the accounts at the close of interim periods, the budgets for 2012 and 2013, interim and annual reports, financial statements, reports from the Board’s Committees and the Nomination Committee, and items pertaining to the Annual General Meeting were addressed. during the year.
