The Gunnebo Security Group aims to bring a high level of quality to every aspect of our work. We adopt a holistic approach to quality which permeates all areas of our businesses and involves a range of quality control and quality assurance processes.
To ensure that we continuously review and improve our processes, Gunnebo employs a network of quality managers, led and co-ordinated by the Group’s SVP Quality, Environment, Logistics and Purchasing.
Local implementation is carried out by local quality managers. Their primary tasks are to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and then identify and implement the measures necessary for improvement.
In order to assure a high level of quality, all quality processes within our everyday operations, such as quality control and assurance, are measured.
An important tool in our efforts to follow up on quality is the joint non-conformance notes (NCN) reporting system. This system gives a comprehensive overview of the level of quality within production, installation and after-sales service. The information that the system collects is used as the basis for the ongoing improvements to products and processes.
