 We are looking for an Executive assistant to Gunnebo Groups head office in Gothenburg. In this position you are supporting the CEO and the Group Executive Team, the Board of Directors, and the Management team for the business unit “Safe Storage”. The role is wide and varied and in addition to the supporting part, you will be involved in many projects on a global level. Gunnebo is currently in an exciting phase of change, both organizationally and product-wise. You will be working in a diverse and challenging environment and be a part of developing the future of Gunnebo!

The position is a key role in prioritizing, organizing and coordinating the CEO's commitments. The Executive assistant is an important representative of the company and serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO's internal and external contacts as well as a liaison to the senior management teams and the Board of Directors.

Overall responsibilities 

- Supporting the CEO, the Group Executive team, Board of Directors, and the Management team of one of the business units with administrative tasks. For example travel arrangements, coordinate internal and external meetings and strategic activities, plan meeting agendas, compile meeting documents and presentations, completing expense reports, take minutes during meetings.
- Supporting in following up on projects and strategic tasks, compile reports and status updates.
- Support the CEO in external commitments to the stock market and its stakeholders.
- Manage board activities and board administration.

What experience you have

To be successful in this position, it is a requirement that you have experience from a similar role as CEO assistant/secretary at executive level or as an administrative assistant or coordinator in an international environment. You have post-secondary education in finance, market, project or similar as well as very good IT knowledge, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. We assume that you have good knowledge of English and Swedish.
