We are looking for a Group HSE & Sustainability Controller to join our team at Group Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
This is a very active role, driving and developing the Group Sustainability Approach, ensuring that the company's sustainability and impact efforts support the long-term interests of the company, and animating group initiatives around health & safety and the environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities
•Drive Gunnebo's Sustainability Approach Roadmap by formulating action plans with defined objectives, targets and responsibilities
•Report non-financial metrics to the Board
•Foster a culture of sustainability through ongoing organizational engagement and education
•Secure and leverage senior-level commitment and support for integrating sustainable development into core processes and decision-making
•Serve as the internal expert for sustainability, monitoring emerging trends, programs and issues, and communicating and educating others on sustainability topics
•Support and, where required, lead the interface with clients and suppliers on sustainability related matters
•Offer expertise and provide support for initiatives related to health and safety and reducing company-wide energy consumption, resource consumption and waste generation
•Facilitate internal and external communications and visibility on sustainability issues
•Create and implement communication strategies to publicize the company's sustainability efforts and promote broad awareness of sustainability initiatives, both internally and externally.
Who are we looking for?
•You have a University Diploma in Sustainability or HSE management (or equivalent)
•You have more than five years of experience in CSR and sustainability in a multinational environment
•You are motivated and committed to sustainability and HSE topics
•You have the skills to understand/analyze external drivers, set strategic priorities, and drive creative and effective strategies to achieve corporate objectives
•You have leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, build consensus, and work collaboratively across all functions and at all levels of a global organization
•Excellent communicator and presenter, accustomed to presenting to senior executives and Boards of Directors
•Fluent in English and Swedish
