Overall Job Purpose
Working with operations you will be responsible for planning projects, obtaining information from sales and customers and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to cost and within the budget.
Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept up to date with project timelines and all inquiries and issues are dealt with appropriately and expediently
Responsible for organising and scheduling the installation and commissioning process
Become the Project owner, communicating with Operations, Sales and Customers to ensure that projects run on time and all information is available and shared appropriately.
Organize and manage the client & Sales kick off meetings, introductions, specification and information follow up & shipping dates and details.
Communicate progress updates to the client and Sales team.
Coordinate all payments relating to advanced and overdue invoices.
Provide presale support including technical information, product details and interface requirements, diagrams and drawings and pre-production planning.
Oversee site readiness through the scope of works with the Technical Manager.
Schedule commissioning and service visits with the Technical Manager. Follow up on commissioning visits not complete.
Excellent knowledge of:
Multi job project management from order to commissioning
Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills focusing on customer service.
Order to cash process
Project cost contributors, analysis and management
Desirable knowledge of:
Technical understanding of access control products (preferably gates)
Operations planning processes
UL, CSA, local (State & county) regulations relating to building code and installation guidelines.
