Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to our company in Poland. In this position you are planning, coordinating and following up on MarCom initiatives within the Business Unit Safe Storage for Eastern Europe. As a member of the Global MarCom team within this business unit, you are responsible for the implementation of the BU's MarCom initiatives in your region, and to drive campaigns and generate leads to support sales. You will work very closely with an international team of Marketing and Product Managers in challenging projects. Gunnebo is currently in an exciting phase of change, both organizationally and product-wise. You will be working in a diverse and challenging environment and play a vital part in the developing the future of Gunnebo!
•Marketing Plan: Deliver input to the global BU marketing plan; Co-ordinate that regional BU marketing initiatives are aligned with the global plan; Execute implementation and follow-up of the marketing plan for the region, as well as a continuous budget control and follow-up
•Sales Support Material: Production and coordination of translations for sales support material; Secure implementation and execution of global MarCom initiatives
•Events and Tradeshows: Planning and project management of international exhibitions and support for local events
•Online: Implementation of the global online strategy in the region; Governance of external web portals, extranets and social media channels in the region; Content production for online channels; Lead generation and marketing automation via Hubspot; e-Mail marketing
•Brand Management: Secure global brand guidelines are being implemented and followed in the region
To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experiance
To be successful in this position, it is a requirement that you have a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar role as Marketing Manager or Marketing Specialist in an international environment. You can demonstrate proven track records within B2B product launches or event management. Social media activities, online/offline marketing, design & preparing various advertising materials is nothing new for you. You have a university diploma in marketing, communication or relevant discipline as well as excellent computer literacy, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, HubSpot, SharePoint, SiteCore etc. You have a fluent command of English and Polish languages (Russian welcome but not essential).
We believe you are quick learner, able to work independently, self-driven with limited supervision. You have excellent interpersonal communications skills and a talent in building relations. You know how to work on own initiative as well as in a global network of colleagues. You are open, self-motivated, proactive and focused on getting things done. You are business-oriented and see development opportunities and solutions. You can multitask and manage your work time perfectly.
